Shaun Gasparini is a Boston-based real estate attorney. A graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Shaun represents clients throughout Massachusetts in a wide range of real estate related matters, including negotiating Purchase and Sale Agreements, securing real estate liens, drafting easements, and handling condominium conversions. Clients include buyers, sellers, mortgagors, and mortgagees in residential real estate transactions, as well as developers, condominium associations, and individual land owners. Prior to law school, Shaun worked as a land planner in both the public and private sectors thereby giving him a unique perspective on real estate law and development in general, a perspective which he endeavors to share with his current clients by adding value to each and every project.
